Sweet, savory and a little tart, this sauce is simple to make but packs a complex flavor. Even if you’re not a huge fan of traditional cranberry sauce on the holiday table, the fusion of fresh cranberries with traditional BBQ sauce ingredients like mustard and cider vinegar transforms it into a taste you’ll crave year-round. It can be left chunky if you prefer larger cranberry pieces or blended into a smooth mixture. And it’s beautiful on everything from pork loin to ribs, or even used as a spread for sandwiches!
