Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. yellow curry powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. sea salt
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl to make a rub.
- Coat the chicken with olive oil, then coat completely with the spice blend.
- Allow to sit in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
- Grill on medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side, or until completely cooked.
