Ingredients
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 cup IPA
- 1 ½ cups ketchup
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. molasses
- 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter and cook onion until soft.
- Add remaining ingredients, bringing just to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cook 20-25 minutes on low, stirring often, until thickened and reduced.
- Enjoy immediately or keep in a refrigerated air-tight container up to a week.
