Ingredients
- 4 large chicken breasts
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup rosemary, chopped
- ¼ cup thyme, chopped
- ¼ cup parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup basil, chopped
- 2 lemons
- Cherry tomatoes
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat grill to high.
- Drizzle each chicken breast with olive oil and lemon juice, and then season with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken about 3-4 minutes per side, reduce to medium-low, and place lemon slices on top of chicken breasts, about 7-8 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees.
- Remove and top with fresh herbs and tomatoes, and serve immediately!
