Ingredients
- 4 large apples
- ¼ cup oats
- ¼ cup graham crackers, crumbled
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. nutmeg

- In a pan, lightly melt the butter, then add in all other ingredients stirring together until just combined.
- Stuff the apples evenly with the mixture and place the tops back on; arrange in a grill-safe pan.
- Grill over indirect heat for an hour, removing when cooked but still firm.
- Place in serving bowls, top with pecans if desired, and enjoy!
