Indulge in the ultimate combo of beer and barbecue with these mouthwatering ribs. Pork ribs paired in a rich, dark glaze made from your favorite stout will have you wanting to celebrate International Beer Day every day.
RIBS INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs. pork ribs
- 12 oz. favorite stout, plus more if smoking ribs
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp. garlic, minced
- ¼ cup brown sugar
GLAZE INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1/3 tsp. black pepper, ground
INSTRUCTIONS
- To make marinade for pork ribs, combine 12 oz. of your favorite stout with soy sauce, sesame oil, onion, garlic and brown sugar. Mix thoroughly.
- Place pork ribs in a large pan and add marinade on top. Seal with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator overnight.
- To make the glaze, combine honey, soy sauce, parsley, rosemary, garlic and black pepper. Mix thoroughly and save half for later.
- Remove ribs from refrigerator and apply half of the glaze onto the ribs.

- After removing ribs from grill, let sit for 15 minutes. Then add remainder of glaze over top and serve.
