Ingredients
- 2 albacore tuna steaks
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tbs. sesame seeds
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Make a marinade with the garlic, lemon, soy, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Sprinkle tuna steaks with salt and pepper, then cover with marinade and allow to marinate for 30 minutes to one hour.
- Heat grill to medium-high and oil the grates.
- Grill tuna for approximately 3 minutes per side.
- Remove carefully and serve!
